At Jigsawo, we are committed to providing a seamless and reliable shipping experience for your purchases of women’s dresses, tops, occasionwear, workwear, skirts, shoes, boots, and accessories. This Shipping Policy outlines our processes for order processing, delivery timelines, shipping costs, tracking, and international shipping details. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this policy, as well as our Terms of Purchase and Privacy Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

After you receive your Order Confirmation email (sent once we’ve verified and accepted your order), we will begin processing your purchase. Our standard processing timeline is:

  • 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).

Processing time may be extended in the following cases:

  • High-volume periods (e.g., Black Friday, holiday sales) – we will notify you via email if processing is delayed by more than 3 business days.
  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping information (we will contact you to confirm details, which may add 1-2 business days to processing).
  • Custom or personalized items (if applicable) – additional processing time will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

You will receive a separate “Shipment Confirmation” email once your order has left our warehouse.

2. Delivery Timelines

We offer global shipping, and the estimated delivery time for all destinations is 6-12 business days from the date your order is shipped (not from the date of purchase). This timeline includes:

  • Transit time with our trusted shipping carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS, or local postal services, depending on your location).
  • Routine customs clearance for international orders (delays due to customs inspections may occur and are beyond our control – see Section 5 for details).

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Factors like weather disruptions, logistical delays, or regional shipping restrictions may extend delivery.
  • Weekends and public holidays in your destination country do not count toward business days for delivery.

3. Shipping Costs

We are proud to offer free global shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement. There are no hidden fees or additional charges for shipping to any country.

The only exception is if you request a specialized shipping service (e.g., expedited shipping, if made available in the future) – any additional costs for such services will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send a “Shipment Confirmation” email containing:

  • A unique tracking number (provided by our shipping carrier).
  • A direct link to the carrier’s tracking page, where you can monitor your order’s status in real time.

To track your order:

  1. Click the link in your Shipment Confirmation email.
  2. Enter your tracking number on the carrier’s website.
  3. View updates on transit status, estimated delivery date, and delivery confirmation.

If you do not receive a tracking number within 4 business days of your Order Confirmation, or if tracking information is not updating after 3-5 days of shipment, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number – we will assist in resolving the issue.

5. International Shipping & Customs

We ship to all countries worldwide, and our free shipping policy applies to international orders. However, please note the following for international deliveries:

  • Customs Duties & Taxes: Jigsawo does not cover customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid directly to the customs office or shipping carrier upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order to understand potential fees.
  • Customs Clearance Delays: Customs processing times vary by country and may cause delays beyond our estimated 6-12 business days. If your order is held by customs, the shipping carrier will contact you directly to request additional documentation (e.g., proof of purchase) to complete clearance.
  • Restricted Items: Some countries have restrictions on certain product types (e.g., leather goods, specific fabrics). We will notify you if your order contains an item restricted in your destination, and we may cancel the item (or the entire order) and issue a refund if delivery is not possible.

6. Shipping Address Requirements

To ensure your order is delivered correctly and on time, please provide:

  • A complete and accurate shipping address (including street name, house/apartment number, city, postal code, and country).
  • A valid phone number (for the carrier to contact you if there are delivery issues).

We are not liable for:

  • Lost or misdelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of purchase. We cannot modify addresses once the order has been shipped.

7. Undelivered & Returned Shipments

An order may be returned to us by the shipping carrier if:

  • The shipping address is incorrect or incomplete.
  • The recipient is unavailable to accept delivery after multiple attempts.
  • The order is refused by the recipient (excluding cases of defective or incorrect products – see our Refund Policy for those scenarios).

If your order is returned to us:

  1. We will notify you via email within 3 business days of receiving the returned shipment.
  2. You may choose to:
  • Have the order reshipped to a corrected address (you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs, even if the original order qualified for free shipping).
  • Receive a full refund (excluding any non-refundable fees, if applicable) – refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of confirming your choice.

If we do not receive a response from you within 14 days of our notification, we will automatically process a full refund for the order.
